Erika joined Youth Services of Southern Wisconsin in October 2006 as a Street Outreach Specialist. Before Erika joined YSOSW, she worked for 2 years at the Tenant Resource Center advocating for housing and tenant rights in Madison, WI. Erika has over 12 years of experience working in non-profits doing direct service work, most of which includes case management and street outreach with the chronically homeless population.
