Jay began working at YSOSW, Inc. in April 1988. He has held numerous positions with the agency including his current position as agency Program Director. He is responsible for the direct supervision of agency Program Managers and Coordinators. In addition, he monitors each agency program's compliance with contractual requirements and is responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of agency services. A native flatlander from Illinois, Jay has been a resident of the Madison area since 1986. He studied Sociology and Law Enforcement Administration at Western Illinois University, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree. Away from work, Jay enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends. Interests include anything involving time outdoors, (i.e. golf, hiking, camping) local politics, coaching and rooting for the Cubs and Packers.
