Rita Meuer

Rita has been employed at YSOSW since August of 2002. She started as Youth Restitution Program Counselor and is currently working in Intensive Supervision. Rita granduated from the University of Wisconsin with a BA in Social Welfare, a Criminal Justice Certificate and a strong emphasis in Communication Arts. Before working at YSOSW, she worked 2.5 years at the Dane County Day Report Center, a multi-faceted treatment center for adult offenders on porbation and parole. Before this time, she worked 8 years with victims of Domestic Abuse at Domestic Abuse Intervention Services, working in a variety of positions, focusing in particular, as a housing resourses coordinator. Rita is also employed at the Dane County Detention Center, as a Juvenile Court Worker.
