Dean Bossenbroek

After leading Youth Conservation Crews during the summers of 1993 and 1994, Dean was hired as a full time Youth Restitution Program (YRP) counselor in January 1995. Since that time he has been able to climb to the second rung on the human services step stool to success and is currently the YRP Coordinator. Dean likes to invoke a phrase made popular by the British rock band The Who: "The kids are alright," to which he adds, "it's the adults, that make my professional life difficult." In spite of this dichotomy, his job connects him with the community in varied and positive ways. It is this connection that keeps him invested in his work and a proud employee of Youth Services Of Southern Wisconsin.
