Stacey grew up in West Allis, WI, obtained her BA in Psychology from UW-Milwaukee and raised her three children in Waukesha, WI. She was involved in Waukesha's school district and a variety of community activities including facilitating parent support groups in Waukesha and Milwaukee Counties. Stacey's involvement brought her to Madison in 2006, where she worked for the state and Wisconsin Family Ties as their Substance Abuse Program Coordinator. In April 2007, she became the Executive Director of Project HUGS, which then merged with Youth Services in January, 2009. Stacey is very pleased with the positive impact this collaboration has brought to the community.
