Sheri Gatts coordinates the Youth Peer Court Program, the Retail Theft Impact Panel and the Victim Empathy Accountability Group. She started with the agency in May of 1997 and has worked for a variety of non-profits in Dane County since 1983. She especially enjoys working with youth volunteers and college level student interns. She is the Treasurer for the Wisconsin Restorative Justice Coalition and is a certified trainer for the Victim Offender Mediation Association, an international organization that promotes restorative justice dialogue, principles and practices. Sheri frequently provides technical assistance and training about issues related to restorative justice, victim offender dialogue, restorative circles and cultural competency. She has a B.A. in Management and Communications from Concordia University.
