Ann is the Clinical Supervisor of Youth Services of Southern Wisconsin. She began as a field student in 1992 when she was completing her Master's of Science degree in Social Work; she was hired onto the staff in the spring of 1993 as a peer supervisor (now known as Youth Counselor) and moved into her current role in July of 1995. Ann, who is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, supervises the aftercare/longer term family counseling program, licenses the host homes, and supervises the staff of the Stoughton-based Briarpatch services. Ann works part-time which allows her time to pursue her other venture which is providing therapy at a private practice on the east side of Madison. She commutes an hour to work for the privilege of living in beautiful southwestern Wisconsin with her husband, two sons and three Golden Retrievers.
