Programs

YPC is an alternative to the traditional juvenile justice system for first time youthful offenders who have pled guilty to a misdemeanor crime or ordinance violation. A volunteer jury of high school students, with the guidance of an adult staff member, hears the facts of each case and provides offending youth with a restorative sanction. YPC services are available in selected municipalities in Dane County.
